- I am 33 years old. Former powerlifter and powerbuilder that has let myself get out of shape and balloon up to 240lbs. after weighing 198lbs. This is my journey to lose it off. I at one time helped people lose lbs. now I have to get myself back in shape all over again. My goals. 190lbs again. Former workout personal records: Bench 280lbs., Deadlifts 520lbs., Strict Curls 150lbs. 1000 bodyweight squats in a day.
