Freddy Kruger will be coming back to haunt nightmares very soon. According to producers Brad Fuller and Andrew Form, the remake of "A Nightmare on Elm Street" is already in its beginning stages.
Collider.com has quoted the filmmakers' interview during a press conference for horror film "The Unborn," saying they are in the "earliest possible" stages in the planning process for the slasher film.
Fuller said, "We want to put Freddy in a hockey mask and we don't know how people feel about that but we're excited about it."
"It's something that we are treading very lightly on and I can tell you for sure that we don't have the answer yet. That is something that we're going to work very hard to figure out just how much of the Freddy that you might know from the later movies as opposed to the Freddy from the earliest movies.
